Completing the 6 mile Sport Relief challenge a couple of Sundays ago got me thinking what to do next... may as well run some more eh?
One of my good friends mentioned he had signed up for the Great South Run that takes place in Southsea in October. Well how handy? It's a 10 mile run and it's taking place in a place I know quite well.
So I signed up online and between now and October, I hope to run a lot of miles and raise a lot of money for a good charity... and to help me; I succumbed and got the iPod Nano and Nike+ sport kit that would have helped so much for the Sport Relief Mile!
